Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility. The New Jersey Countryside Magazine, LLC "Celebrating the Arts” drawing (hereinafter the "Sweepstakes") is open only to people who are eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of New Jersey Countryside Magazine, LLC, the sponsor, and any organization or individual responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administration, advertising or promoting the Sweepstake or supplying the prize(s), their respective corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, employees and the immediate family members of such individuals are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, child, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings and spouses. 

2. Sponsor/ Host. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by New Jersey Countryside Magazine, LLC (hereinafter "the sponsor"). The prizes are hosted by the participating theaters and arts venues (hereafter “the host”)

3. Cost of entering. There is no cost to enter the Sweepstakes nor is there any requirement to purchase any product or service from New Jersey Countryside Magazine, LLC or sponsor.

4. Sweepstakes Prize Odds. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to comply with the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Winning any prize in the Sweepstakes is contingent upon the entrants fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.

6. Rules of Entry
a. Completed entry must be received by October 31, 2010
b. Entrants must be eligible to enroll.
c. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
d. Winner will be notified of winning by certified letter. Winner has 30 days upon receipt to contact New Jersey Countryside Magazine, LLC. If winner does not contact New Jersey Countryside Magazine, LLC, another winner will be selected.
e. Winner may not assign, transfer, substitute, or trade prize(s) to another party. Prize(s) may not be redeemed for cash. If for any reason prize(s) become unavailable, Sponsor may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
f. Winner must make arrangements with the Host to claim prize at a mutually acceptable time but no later than August 2010, at which time the prize offer expires.
g. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Taxes and any other related expenses related to the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s).
h. Winner will be selected on or about November 15, 2009 in a random drawing by Sponsor from all eligible entries received by New Jersey Countryside Magazine, LLC. Sponsor's selection will be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The winners will be notified by certified mail .The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or misdirected entries. 

7. General. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey with venue in Somerset County, NJ. By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees 1) to release New Jersey Countryside Magazine, LLC, Sponsor, and their agents from and against all liability, loss or damages arising out the entrants participation in the Sweepstakes, including the awarding, recipient, acceptant, use and or misuse of the prize(s); 2) to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Official Rules; 3) to be contacted by New Jersey Countryside Magazine, LLC or Sponsor by telephone and/or mail; and 4) if sea purposes in all media including online, without any additional compensation except where otherwise prohibited by law.
